The user acknowledges that the Food2Bits website and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, software, and content provided by the Food2Bits website. The user agrees not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer any software or content provided by the Food2Bits website.
The services, software, and content provided by the Food2Bits website are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
